Community Guidelines

Vecto exists so an owner can trust the record of a vehicle: who drove it, where it went, how far it ran, and what was spent. These guidelines apply to every owner and driver using the app. Violations may result in removed access, rejected bills, or a closed account.

1. Be honest about the trip

• The selfie must be of the driver assigned to that vehicle, taken at the vehicle.
• The odometer photo must show the real reading. Do not edit the number to hide kilometres.
• Do not start a trip with location turned off, a fake GPS position, or someone else's phone.
• End the trip when the work actually ends.

2. Be honest about money

• Upload a real bill photo. Fuel, food, toll, repair, parking, challan, and other costs must match the receipt.
• Do not submit the same bill twice, a personal expense as a trip expense, or a bill for a vehicle you were not assigned to.
• Owners should approve or reject on the photo and the trip, not to pressure a driver.

3. Respect people and privacy

• Add a driver only with a number that belongs to that person.
• Do not share another person's live location, selfie, licence, or documents outside the app.
• Do not harass, threaten, or misuse Call Driver.
• Owners see their fleet. Drivers see the vehicle they were given. Do not try to open someone else's account.

4. Keep it legal

• Follow transport, licence, and tax rules that apply to your vehicles.
• Do not use Vecto to hide challans, evade records, or move goods or people unlawfully.
• Do not upload documents you have no right to store.

5. You are responsible for what you submit

The app can read an odometer or a bill amount and let you correct it. What you confirm is your responsibility. A mileage flag is a prompt to check the vehicle, not an accusation.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse, fake bills, or safety concerns to hello@capslockmarketplaces.com with the vehicle number, phone number, and date.

We may investigate reports, reject bills, restrict features, or close accounts. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Updates

We may update these guidelines as the product changes. Continued use of Vecto after an update means you accept the revised guidelines.
