Bills you approve

Drivers send fuel, food, toll, repair, challan and other bills with a photo. You approve or reject. Approved amounts land on that vehicle.

Drivers, no setup

Save a name and phone number. They get a WhatsApp link, log in with OTP, and see only the vehicle you assigned. They never pay.

Good to know

Only the owner. A new number sees the owner paywall. A number you have saved as a driver goes straight to that vehicle. Drivers never pay and never set the account up.
You add their name and mobile number. They receive a WhatsApp message with the app link, install it, and log in with that same number and a 4-digit OTP.
A selfie, an opening odometer photo, and location to start. A closing odometer photo to end. Each photo keeps the time and place. Day's kilometres are closing reading minus opening reading.
Trip photos and live location are for the owner of that vehicle, so you can see the trip without calling. We don't sell this data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
